Questions and Answers for Demolition Sale

Sorry, I just don't have the time to answer every question by email. This section should answer most of them.

Pricing of Items:
Items are priced on the day of the sale. You can make us a fair offer at the sale. These are not Auction Sales, but we do except best offers.
So come on time!

Wanting to make an offer by email:
In the past we have taken offers by email, then marked the item "SOLD", then know one shows on the day of the sale to pay for, or pick up the item. Then I'm stuck with it. All final sales, are on the day of the sale, on location.

Coming to the property Before or After the Sale:
You may only be "on site" on the day of the sale only. You may not go to the property before or after the sale, without Demolition Promotions expressed written permission or you will be considered TRESPASSING and subject to punishment to the fullest extent of the law.

Note: Breaking & Entry is a Felony in Illinois. We have pressed charges in the past!

I want to get the address of the House:
The address will be posted on the page of each house a few days before the sale. The sale date is posted 10 days before the sale. Do to the building permit process, dates do get changed around often before the demolition sale. We do not give out the address before hand. Often people are still living in these homes, and are in the process of moving right up to the tear down.

I would like to check out the house before the Sale:
Often, people are still living in these homes. How would you feel having a stranger looking in your window? Also see Below.

How much time do I have for removing my Items:
Most Items are removed by you, right after paying on the same day. Larger Items, like Flooring, Furnace's and Air Conditioners we allow a few extra days.
Hardwood Flooring can NOT be removed until after the sale. Safety First!

Payment:
We do not except Credit Cards or Checks of any kind. All sales are in cash.

What areas do you serve:
All of Cook County, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will Counties.
This depends on what the Home, Business, or Estate has to offer our clients, along with traveling distance.

 Be prepared, good list of things to bring.
