With the economy slowing, I predict a lot less teardowns, with a
shift to increases in remodeling and or additions being added.
What does this mean?
Fewer demolition / salvage sales offering everything in and around homes.
Sales will be limited to only sections of the homes that are being remodeled.
I hope that I am wrong, but that's what we are re-gearing towards, if needed.
